Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Reset Today is a structured, intensive level of care for adults struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. PHP provides a comprehensive treatment experience without requiring inpatient hospitalization, allowing individuals to receive clinical care during the day and return home—or to sober housing—in the evenings.

PHP is Ideal for Individuals Who:
  • Need more structure than outpatient care provides
  • Are stepping down from inpatient/residential treatment
  • Are at risk of relapse and require more frequent support
  • Want to remain active in their recovery while rebuilding their life outside of a hospital setting
Program Features:
  • 5 days per week of structured programming (Typically Monday–Friday, 4 hours per day)
  • Individual therapy with licensed clinicians
  • Group therapy sessions focused on relapse prevention, coping skills, emotional regulation, trauma, and more
  • Medication management and access to Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) options such as Suboxone, Methadone, and Medical Marijuana
  • Mental health services for co-occurring conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder
  • Daily check-ins and goal setting to monitor progress and ensure accountability
  • Urinalysis drug screening to support sobriety and program compliance
  • Case management to assist with housing, employment, legal issues, and community resources
  • Peer support and recovery mentorship from individuals with lived experience
